Student Experiences

“When I finished school, I looked into courses in and around my area that taught in the film and TV industry. I was pleasantly surprised to discover Kinsale College right on my door step. The course is both practical and theory based. We have access to fantastic equipment such as lighting cameras and Boom microphone along with Apple Mac’s and HD cameras. The college has a great environment and inviting atmosphere. It gives you creative freedom you need and support you to further your education and achieve your career goals”

“I am delighted I took the step of returning to education. I worked in a business environment for many years and was looking for something new. I wanted a course that would both widen work opportunities and develop a new skill. TV & Film fitted the bill perfectly. I have been recording home movies for a long time but this is a whole new world. The tuition is structured but personalised with one to one guidance as needed. There is also an opportunity for valuable work experience. I could not recommend this course highly enough.”
